Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with overseeing the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with strategic goals of the company
Assists in recruitment, interviews, testing and selection of employees to fill vacant positions
Administer benefits programs in coordination with the Payroll Department such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Liasises with the Corporate counterpart on new HR developments being rolled out companywide.
Manages and monitors annual HR budget
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years experience in the Human Resources field with 5 yrs at a Management level
Competencies
Self motivated
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary will be commensurate to qualifications and experience.
