fusionHR and Puma Energy are inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the position listed above. Persons must be willing to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays. This position will be based at Puma Energy main office on Ceasar Ridge Road, Belize City.

This position will be responsible for using the company system to dispatch customer orders and invoices, credit notes and invoices for advanced sales.


  1. Receive each day the dispatch schedule from the Customer Service Center in order to coordinate the work with the invoice officer of the next shift.
  2. Fill in all requisite information in the receipts before loading, through the established system, so that the operator of the loading platform is aware of each filling operation.
  3. Deliver to the drivers the receipts and the seals to be placed by the operators of the loading platform to secure the fuel to be delivered.
  4. See that all copies of invoices dispatch orders and tickets as well as any explanation or clarifying notes to be used for the preparation of reports, controls or in case of audit, be filed in due form and order.
  5. Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendent of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills.


  • Minimum of an Associate Degree
  • 2 years of experience in general Accounting
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive
  • Organized
