Temporary Administrative Assistant

Summary of duties:

  • Offers dependable administrative and operational support
  • Performs receptionist duties for the office, providing information to callers and visitors
  • Updates filing systems
  • Clears post office box
  • Assist with bank deposits
  • Collects payments and prepares receipts
  • Respond promptly to client requests and assist in the execution of services

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of related experience
  • Associate Degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (Asset)

 

Part-Time Driver/Office Assistant

Summary of duties:

  • Keeps current with and complies with all traffic, public safety regulations and security measures, to ensure passenger safety and security
  • Inspects and test vehicles for damage and wear, compiling estimates of replacement/ repair costs, and securing approval to perform repairs.
  • Performs routine and scheduled maintenance services on a timely basis, while keeping chauffer service interruptions to a minimum.
  • Distributes incoming mail and/or messages promptly, and alerts staff to receipt of special packages and calls

Qualifications:

  • Excellent driving expertise
  • Ability to do basic vehicle maintenance, including logging of gasoline and oil consumption and repairs
  • Must be dependable, respectful, honest, courteous and cooperative
  • Person must be willing to travel to various locations throughout the county
  • Valid driver’s license and capable of driving manual and automatic transmission
  • Be on call when needed
  • Bilingual (Asset)
  • Clean police record
